The first Friday in March is when companies across the U.S. recognize the team members that make them successful. A blog post seems like a very small way to express gratitude for the men and women who dedicate their days advocating for schools, libraries, higher education institutions and nonprofit organizations while bringing them sophisticated technology and the knowledge of how to use it.
Each year, we conduct customer satisfactions surveys to recap the year. We also ask for feedback after closed cases. Without fail, there are always heartwarming comments of appreciation to MOREnet staff for going above and beyond to solve a problem, foster understanding or simply offering patience and guidance while learning new technology.
